Bullying

Bullying

Bullying refers to repeated aggressive behavior, intended to hurt or intimidate another person, often perceived as vulnerable. It can be physical, verbal, or emotional and may occur in schools, workplaces, or online (cyberbullying). Bullying negatively affects both the victim and the perpetrator. Victims may develop low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and even suicidal thoughts. Bullies often have underlying emotional or behavioral issues. Preventing bullying involves creating awareness, promoting empathy, and establishing clear anti-bullying policies in schools and institutions. Early intervention is essential for long-term mental well-being.
